Check-in Accommodations will be available from 16.00 on arrival day, but you can leave luggage from 10.00
Check-out Accommodations have to be vacated by 10.00 on the departure day

A cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days from arrival, we will return the deposit in full. After, or no show will be charged the full amount of the deposit
Children over 2 years are charged the same rate as adults.
No other charges is required.

Conditions and Rules
A security deposit of €100 on arrival, which will be immediately returned to the guest when leaving, after checking for any damage, Prices are intended per night, may vary depending on season. Children from 3 years old pay as adult.
- Pets are not allowed, even if we like
- Do not smoke in the house, only in the roof terrace
- Guests are not allowed in the structure, only those who paid its reservation price can stop in the flat
- City of Rome require a Tourist tax: for each person/day the cost is €5, children pay from 10 years old.
- It’s mandatory to turn off the lights and air conditioning when you go out
Cancellation
